“Mr. Storm, you recognize you’ll be able to testify,” the media outlet quotes Failla as saying. “You might have chosen to not testify?”

“Sure, your honor,” Storm replied.

Protection Fund Nears $5 Million Contribution Objective

Information of Storm’s choice to not testify comes simply days after he took to X to beg his supporters for extra contributions to his authorized protection fund.

In keeping with the Free Roman Storm web site, contributions to Storm’s protection have exceeded $4.5 million, almost reaching his $5 million aim.
